SIMEC Foundation is implementing the Blue Economy Governance in Bangladesh initiative under the Australia Awards – Driving Change: Alumni Grants for Innovation. The project strengthens dialogue among policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and civil society to advance evidence-based policy and sustainable ocean governance in Bangladesh. Through national consultations, policy discussions, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge-sharing activities, the initiative supports the Australia–Bangladesh Development Partnership by promoting innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development of the country's blue economy.
