SIMEC Foundation implemented a competency-based Caregiving Training Project in partnership with PKSF under the SEIP programme. The initiative provided disadvantaged youth with professional caregiving skills, accommodation, and practical training, creating opportunities for employment and self-reliance in the care sector.
