SIMEC Foundation successfully implemented the Her Power Project in partnership with the ICT Division to empower women through digital skills and entrepreneurship training. The project trained 1,680 women in 84 batches across three phases, strengthening digital literacy, leadership, and economic participation while promoting women's inclusion in Bangladesh's ICT sector.
